ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST - SOFTWARE

Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will play a key role supporting the company's regular accounting and finance duties. Responsibilities:

• • Preparation of Month End and Year End closings
• • Handle all AP and AR
• • Supervise and review the work of staff accountants
• • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• • Preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries
• • Store inventory calculation
• • Analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts
• • Review Monthly Sales Tax Returns
• • Cross Audit Accounting activities
• • Ad hoc reporting
• • Budgeting, Forecasting
• • Payroll

Qualifications:

• • 3-5 years of accounting experience
• • Strong technical accounting skills
• • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines
• • Must be motivated and technically savvy
• • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• • Strong computer skills
• • Strong ERP background

Education Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other related accounting professional
certification is a plus
