BUSINESS INTELLEGENCE SPECIALIST
Position Summary: Function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients' business needs.
The Business Intelligence Specialist role will be responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
Our team is responsible for core user data, as well as account and product access provisioning. To support these goals, we build out integrations with databases and other systems used. They will also work cross-collaboratively through the organization to drive and develop automated process improvements that reduce friction of systems. Gathering, analyzing, and automating data flows, correlate to performance indicators are essential to the role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzing business features and user stories and refining with the team to appropriately support design and build activities.
Working with Product Owners to prioritize features and manage a list of technical requirements based on industry trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
Supporting integration and performance tests and providing demo of results to technical and product partners
Participate on peer code reviews, making deliberate short- and long-term design decisions and keeping constant focus on clearing technical debt items in the backlog
Enabling the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments
Reporting Services: Develop and deploy reports to the self-service portal. High-level summary and self-service reporting and dashboards.
Business Requirements Documentation: Responsible for technical report documentation of data extracts, automation processes, and data analytics. Analysis Services: Design and implement automated data, regression, and predictive analysis of key drivers and leading indicators
Automation Services: Create jobs or applications based on opportunities discovered
Build dashboard automation processes
Actively participate and influence others to be active in team discussions
Actively participate in the deployment of a production-level Automation platform.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
Deep hands-on skills with Python(PySpark) Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
A minimum of 5 years experience in integration services, reporting services, business documentation, SQL, and Python
A minimum of 3 years experience in Analysis Services.
2 years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience
