ADVERTISING ANALYST
Internationally recognized distillery is seeking a world-class data analyst to build and
manage a multi-million dollar ad campaign in 2020.
We are looking for someone to join our dynamic fun crew. The company is a rapidly
growing, profitable, start-up with a fully-stocked kitchen with snacks, amazing coffee
and tea area, company outings, happy hours and more. Our team is an educated, smart
group of PhD's, nerds and booze experts (with degrees from MIT, UC Berkeley,
Columbia, Caltech etc.)
We are looking for a skilled social media data analyst to drive consumer online sales for
our products. Must have 2+ years in a data analysis role AND must have 2+ years of Facebook Ads
experience. 7+ years in marketing analytics is preferred but not required.
This candidate must have a proven track record of success and a demonstrated portfolio
of work to back-up claims. Passionate interest and love of work is important. Must also
be interesting and fun to work with on a personal level. You will be working directly
with the CEO and COO.
We are looking for someone highly competent at A/B testing campaigns in real time. Must use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done. Even better if you can build an AI to crunch the data and extrapolate hidden patterns.
The role will include planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies.
- • Technical knowledge of Pixels, tracking codes, URL strings, and Facebook analytics
- • PhD or Masters preferred but not mandatory
- • Background in mathematics, statistics, or marketing is a plus
- • Experience with creating shopping feeds, setting up Google Merchant Center and Product listing ads in Adwords is a plus
- • Agency experience is preferred
- • Must understand branding, digital advertising, social media, and ecommerce
- • PR is a plus but not necessary
- • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with frequent reporting to key stakeholders
- • Excellent organizational skills

We require 1 - 2 passionate team players who have a proven track record in digital
marketing mainly A/B testing Facebook ads. This is a rapidly growing start-up with an
environment of driven, hard-working, dynamic professionals. Compensation depends on
experience, can include stock options, health, dental, vision and other perks such as
meals, haircuts etc.
This job is not for individuals who simply know how to run ads on Facebook and
Google. This is for experienced, Facebook advertising experts who emphasize data and
data analysis.
