LEAD FINANCIAL ANALYST

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide data driven analysis that enable senior leaders to make sound financial decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the engineering leadership on managing their spending budget. You will work closely with them to optimize their operation with a balanced budget. You will also have the opportunity to work on interesting projects that matter to the company. You will gain valuable experiences in this position, which offers significant responsibility and interaction with senior management. We look for candidate who has the agility to multi-task, be able to work under pressure, has a team-player attitude and is willing to challenge status quo. We're a fun FP&A team that values a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Key participant in the annual strategic and operational planning cycle
  • · Update quarterly expense forecasts
  • · Prepare accruals during monthly and quarter end close
  • · Partner with functional groups to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual budgetary and variance analysis
  • · Produce and maintain business dashboards for various customers
  • · Develop and present financial results, analysis and metrics to business executives on a regular basis
  • · Help us scale our operation so we spend less time on compiling data and more time on analyzing data
  • · Special project and new initiative support

Requirements:

  • · BS/BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • · 3-5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
  • · Able to partner with senior business executives to drive decisions in a fast moving environment
  • · Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
  • · Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and financial modeling skills
  • · Able to scale and enhance process efficiency
  • · Excellent Excel skills
  • · Working knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning systems: Oracle BI, Adaptive and similar tools
  • · Excellent organizational skills and able to multi-task
  • · Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • · Good Working knowledge of GAAP
