FINANCIAL ANALYST - eSUBSCRIPTION

Successful E-based subscription service company is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their growing team. Apply your financial skills in the areas of investments, accounting and tax planning to evaluate the corporation's financial information and provide recommendations to top management.

Responsibilities:

• - Assist in preparing quotes/estimates
• - Track and report daily turnaround costs for customers
• - Coordinate turnaround questions/answers among customers, vendors and internal employees/departments
• - Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports as needed
• - Organize and implement various projects and initiatives as required
• - Committed to the highest level of customer service; both internally and externally
• - Create a system to track blanket POs (limits, expiration dates, necessary increases, etc.) to ensure complete and proper invoicing of all services and materials

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
• - Minimum of 2 years' experience in reporting, consolidation and financial analysis.

Experience in Industrial Environment a plus

• - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
• - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as follow through skills
• - Excellent communication skills
• - Ability to complete projects timely and accurately
• - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• - Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
• - Ability to pass drug/alcohol and background check
• - Flexibility to adjust work load and hours when necessary
• - Experience with an ERP system is preferred
